Our service includes a complimentary consultation in the comfort of your own home. You can either check out our showroom in Christchurch or contact us to schedule an appointment with one of our representatives at a time that suits you. During the consultation, we will take note of your initial ideas for your room and your desired outcome. With the help of our design expertise, we will create plans and images, which we will then discuss with you during a design consultation at our showroom.

Once we obtain all the necessary information from you, we bring it back to our studio to create the design concept. The concept design, complete with high-quality 3D renders, will be sent to you to help visualise the final appearance. Following that, we'll invite you to come back to the showroom where we can explore additional options, such as doors and worktops, while being transparent about the project's cost. Our expertise in working with varying budgets allows us to devise the perfect plan for your home, so do share your budget with us.

Once you have confirmed your order and submitted the deposit, we will prepare for a pre-installation site visit to ensure accurate measurements and thorough discussion of all installation aspects. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the process. Our installation team is composed of top-notch professionals who have been with us for several years.
