How much does delivery cost?


It depends on where you are in New Zealand. For an accurate price, get in touch and we’ll let you know how much it will cost to deliver to your address.

What are your payment options?


You can pay us in-store or via online banking.

If you’re paying via online banking, we’ll email you an invoice with all the details you need to make payment. We’ll then accept your order once the funds have landed in our account (which is usually the next working day).

Will I get the same product that I see in the photo?


We do our best to make sure our photos are accurate, so what you see in the photos is what you’ll get (excluding props and framing walls).

But please note, colour tones can vary computer to computer. In some cases, we can send you a colour sample. Get in touch if you’d like us to send you one.

Can I return my order for a refund?


We do offer refunds on some of our products if you change your mind or order incorrectly.

If you have any concerns with your purchase, please get in touch. And if you get your product and it’d damaged or faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

I have a specific vision in mind. What do I do?
