How much will delivery cost and how long with it take?


It depends on the size and weight of your order and where you are in New Zealand. For an accurate delivery cost, please get in touch.

As for delivery times, this is also dependant on what you order, stock availability and the postal/delivery service’s lead times. Again, get in touch to find out an accurate delivery time. And because of COVID-19, expect delays on receiving orders.

How long do I have to wait for an in-store pickup?


If you’re picking your order up from our Christchurch showroom, we aim to get your order ready within 2 working days of ordering.

Where do you deliver?


We deliver New Zealand nation wide. Delivery addresses must be physical addresses – we’re unable to deliver to Private Bags or PO Boxes. All deliveries are sent tracked.

Can I return my order for a refund?


We do offer refunds on some of our products if you change your mind or order incorrectly.

If you have any concerns with your purchase, please get in touch. And if you get your product and it’d damaged or faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Returns

Cancelling your order


If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you cancel before your order is dispatched, you’ll get a full refund. If the goods have already been sent, you’ll have to pay the delivery fee, but we’ll refund you on the product.

Returning and exchanging goods


Cube Studio will accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days, but only if the goods are in their original, saleable condition, including original packaging.

It is your responsibility to return the goods and the purchase receipts either via tracked courier or directly to our store.

Warranties


If you’re having an issue with a product or believe it’s faulty, please get in touch on sales@cubestudio.co.nz and we’ll be happy to help.

Damaged goods or dispatch errors


If the product(s) have arrived damaged, we’ll make sure you receive a replacement. Simply contact sales@cubestudio.co.nz within 12 hours of receiving consignment. Make sure you include relevant details, such as your order number and proof of damage.

Please return any faulty or damage goods to our store – 11D Parkhouse Road, Wigram, Christchurch. Once we’re notified, it can take up to 5 working days to send you the correct goods.
